We have been learning to create animations. Some of us have made Stop Motion animations before using our waka. We are using Google Slides to create these animations which is a little bit different.
We really enjoyed moving the shapes around our slide and thinking about the more sophisticated animations we could make once we've developed our skills.
It was challenging remembering how to duplicate our slides when sometimes it kept trying to add a bookmark instead. We had to remind ourselves to keep going back and clicking on our slide again, to try to duplicate it again.
Next time we would create animations with textured shapes or grouped shapes, so that our images can be created in interesting ways.
What do you think it would be interesting to create animations about?

We had a lot to fun at the beach on Thursday! We learnt how to spot a RIP and how to survive if we are caught in one. We also played lots of games and even had a turn on the boogie boards.
